At Pohl Metall, we offer automatically manufactured 2D and 3D bending parts, springs, and wire components made from steel and stainless steel. Even highly complex shapes can be produced using cam-controlled or fully electric bending machines.

The wire, with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 8 mm, is fed directly from the coil. Depending on the diameter, the wire bending parts can also be processed at the ends – chamfered, threaded, drilled, or further mechanically machined.

We operate automated systems with electronic roll feeders, precision straighteners, and decoilers with a load capacity of up to 2 tons.

Material strengths from 120 N/mm² to 1,900 N/mm² are processed, depending on geometry and material.
