We perform coating of series parts, bulk small parts, and individual small components. Water-based paints as well as 1K and 2K solvent-based coatings are used.
Our coatings primarily focus on high-temperature-resistant paints with special corrosion protection properties.

Our liquid coatings are applied with high precision. Specific areas of the components can be masked to remain paint-free.
Shear edges and cut areas on stamped and wire parts are also coated, providing corrosion protection and reducing reflectivity.

To ensure coating quality, we perform gloss level checks, cross-cut tests, scratch resistance tests, and visual inspections.

Our anti-reflective coatings are applied to bulk components using heat-resistant exhaust or oven paint in black matte (RAL 9005).
Special pre-treatments allow us to paint on stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel, as well as bare metal parts.

Scratch-resistant packaging and careful handling of coated components are key strengths of our team.

With two automatic coating systems and two manual spray booths, we are able to carry out special coating processes, including partial masking of specific component areas. Loading, feeding, and unloading after coating can be done either manually or with robotic support.

We also offer coatings designed to reduce stray light and provide light-absorbing finishes.
The maximum part dimensions are 1,200 mm in length and 300 mm in width, with a maximum individual part weight of 5 kg.
