Our packaging automation system is designed for the positionally accurate placement of painted stamped parts into small load carriers (KLT) with dimensions of 300×400 mm and 400×600 mm.

A robot system is available for loading paint fixtures with a working area of up to 1200×300 mm.

Semi-automated packaging of sensitive stamped and bent parts (as set goods in trays or partition inserts) is another of our core strengths. This ensures easier automated handling and unloading on the customer side.
