Our ultrasonic cleaning system is primarily used for cleaning and degreasing small, complex, and finely structured components.

For example, thin-walled sheet metal parts, precision-turned and milled parts, specially dimensioned stamped parts, bent parts, and tube components that require gentle cleaning and degreasing.

We can sandblast small parts in a drum using corundum or steel shot.

Our continuous blasting system allows us to process parts up to 1200 x 300 mm in size.

We perform spray painting on individual parts, profiles, rods, and frames. Water-based paints as well as 1-component and 2-component coatings are used.

Primarily, high-temperature-resistant coatings with special corrosion protection properties are applied.

In our tempering oven (circulating air chamber oven), we carry out heat treatments at temperatures of up to 650°C.

The internal dimensions of the oven are 1,000 x 1,000 x 1,500 mm (W x H x D), and batch weights of up to 1,000 kg can be heat-treated.
