In 2008, the company was founded as a technical development office in Imst. One year later, production of stamped parts, bent components, and cable accessories began in a rented facility in Ötztal-Bahnhof.

The customer base has been steadily expanded and now includes prestigious industrial companies both domestically and internationally (A1 Telekom, ÖBB, Magna, Miele, Daimler-Chrysler, ZKW). A large number of commercial clients also rely on the technical expertise and high-quality metal products of Pohl Metall.

Another major milestone came in 2014 with the opening of the company’s own facility in the industrial zone of Ötztal-Bahnhof. This new site offers extensive processing capabilities such as stamping, bending, tube bending, wire bending, as well as assembly of components and cable accessories.

Finishing work is also carried out in-house – including degreasing by ultrasonic cleaning, sandblasting, tempering up to 650°C, and specialized coatings for high-temperature applications, completing the service portfolio.

A significant added value for our customers is our in-house testing laboratory, where we can perform component measurements with contour comparison, material analyses, hardness testing, layer thickness, and adhesion testing.

Material testing using X-ray and spark spectrometers is also available in mobile form, making it suitable for on-site use with bulky components at the customer’s location.

Our company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

Ongoing inspections from incoming goods through to production and final shipping ensure consistently reliable quality.
