Our ultrasonic cleaning system is primarily used for cleaning and degreasing small, complex, and finely structured components. This includes thin-walled sheet metal parts, precision-turned and milled parts, dimension-critical stamped parts, bent parts, and tube components that require careful and thorough cleaning.

Additional applications include use by jewelers, goldsmiths, dental technicians, watchmakers, and opticians, as well as in the automotive industry for cleaning carburetors, spark plugs, and fuel injectors.

Cleaning is carried out using our own stainless steel baskets. Components up to a size of 1,200 x 400 x 400 mm and a maximum individual weight of 20 kg can be processed.

Depending on requirements, we can achieve very high surface energies of over 44 mN/m, which is highly advantageous for further processing such as bonding or painting.
