Assemblies made from in-house manufactured wire bending parts, stamped parts, tube components, or customer-supplied items are assembled manually or by machine.

We are happy to handle the refinement or completion with standard parts – as well as kitting, labeling, detailed packaging, or set-wise packaging ready for warehouse storage.

Stamped part combinations can be produced using the following processes:
embossing, clinching, TOX® joining, welding, screwing, pressing, and riveting.

The functionality of the assemblies is verified using specially adapted testing procedures.
