In our modern production facilities, precise stamped, bent, and formed parts are manufactured in series for industrial applications. We support our customers throughout the entire process – from the development of sheet metal parts and prototype production to pre-series and high-volume production.

We specialize in the production of precision stamped parts from strip steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, directly from the coil. Depending on the required production volume, we use either simple hand-loaded tools or automated, multi-stage progressive dies in the manufacturing of our sheet metal components.

In several forming steps, bending, embossing, stamping, and pressing operations are carried out on the workpiece. The stamped part remains attached to the strip until the final tool stage, where it is sheared or cut free.

From 120 N/mm² to 1,900 N/mm², depending on geometry and material

100 tons + 63 tons with electronic roll feed, precision straightener, and double decoiler up to 2 tons
