Tube Bending – Wire Bending – 3D:
On our bending machine, we can produce tube and wire bending parts ranging from Ø 4 mm to Ø 20 mm – depending on the material and wall thickness. Bending radii from 1xD can be achieved using special tube bending tools, depending on material strength and elasticity.

The cut-to-length raw material is fed into the machine, and the bending operations, feed, and rotations are performed fully automatically.

Processing capabilities:
Material: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum
Strength: From 140 N/mm² up to max. 650 N/mm²
Tubes: From Ø 4 × 1 mm to Ø 20 × 1 mm
Round bar: From Ø 4 mm to Ø 16 mm
