In our tempering furnace (circulating air chamber furnace), we carry out heat treatments at temperatures up to 650°C. The internal dimensions of the furnace are 1,000 x 1,000 x 1,500 mm (W x H x D), allowing for batch weights of up to 1,000 kg to be processed and heat-treated.

Two circulation fans and a controlled air inlet and exhaust system ensure uniform heat distribution within the furnace chamber. The furnace is fully programmable, allowing multiple temperature zones and holding stages to be set for each heating cycle.

We perform tempering, annealing, ageing (to prevent hydrogen embrittlement after galvanizing of high-strength components >1,000 N/mm²), preheating, drying, evaporating, degreasing, annealing and stress relieving at temperatures up to 650°C.

Both aluminium components, cast parts, stamped, bent, and tubular parts made of steel or stainless steel can be treated in our facility. The treatment causes structural and surface transformations in the materials, depending on the specific requirements of the customer.
